What most users have done is uninstall any 64 bit apps (usually Microsoft Office 64 Bit) and installing their 32 bit versions. The short answer is that 64 bit ODBC drivers are not yet available for Sage 100 ERP. However, I’ve not found any options to force it to the 32-bit ODBC. Is there any way around this? It seems that you need a method to tell the 64-bit programs that when they want to use a specific 32-bit ODBC they need to go through SYSWOW64 and call the ODBCAD.EXE. If your Excel version is 32-bit, then download the Windows 32-bit version else if your Excel version is 64-bit. Once selected the message displays about the mismatch.
